- Ensure outstanding customer experience and address feedback
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide support
Requirements
- Proven experience in multi site management role (Area Manager or Cluster Manager) in specialty coffee or premium hospitality
- Deep knowledge of specialty coffee including brewing methods, bean origins, and quality standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Riyadh area
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic highly advantageous

Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi site management role (Area Manager or Cluster Manager) in specialty coffee or premium hospitality.
- Genuine passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs.
- Exceptional organisational, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in fast paced environment.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Riyadh area.
- Fluency in English essential; proficiency in Arabic highly advantageous.
