Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi site management role (Area Manager or Cluster Manager) in specialty coffee or premium hospitality
- Deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, bean origins, and quality standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs
- Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Riyadh
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous

Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager (Specialty Coffee) to join a leading organisation in the food and beverage sector.

- Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality, beverage preparation, and presentation across all locations.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience is consistently delivered, addressing customer feedback and actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and minimise waste.
- Guarantee that all stores comply with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and support store teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a multi site management role, such as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager, preferably within the specialty coffee or premium hospitality sector.
- A genuine passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, bean origins, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with demonstrable experience in managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Exceptional organisational, problem solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
- A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel frequently within the Riyadh area.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
