Job Summary
The Vendor Performance Analyst drives medium- to long-term improvements within Vendor Performance.
The role includes vendor data analysis, supplier on-time and fill-rate performance, monthly scorecards, chargebacks, vendor inquiries, and stakeholder relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the vendor chargeback process and manage related vendor inquiries.
- Analyze vendor data to identify and address issues.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, and Merchandising to resolve vendor issues.
- Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain Planning, and Replenishment to improve vendor performance.
- Prepare management reports and manage a category to improve on-time and in-full performance.
- Support senior analysts with data and reporting.
- Assist with process improvement recommendations and implementation.
- Support vendor management training and document monthly performance feedback.
