Afterhours Driver Support Specialist

Role Overview

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary contact for drivers experiencing operational issues during afterhours and night shifts.
• Resolve load, receiver, shipper, routing, and other transportation-related issues.
• Use the Transportation Management System to find load numbers and shipment information.
• Contact brokers and stakeholders for additional instructions, clarification, or support.
• Coordinate through Slack and internal channels with dispatchers and drivers.
• Track issues through resolution and identify recurring challenges for process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, telephone customer support, logistics, transportation, dispatch, or a related field is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
• An empathetic, customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated approach is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable using software, communication platforms, and transportation systems.
• Candidates must be willing to work 8-hour afterhours or night shifts, including weekends.
• Candidates must be available to work remotely from Poland.

Schedule

• Shifts are 8-hour afterhours or night shifts and include weekends.
• Weekly rest days are provided but may fall on weekdays rather than Saturday and Sunday.
• Each shift is supported by at least one additional team member.
