- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Residences team at AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Manage general administrative duties including document preparation, correspondence, filing, record keeping, meeting coordination, and data management
- Provide administrative support to selected finance and other general related processes
- Act as a key coordination point for the Residences office, liaising with operations, finance, People & Culture, and external vendors
- Support audits, reporting deadlines, internal trackers, and ad‑hoc administrative projects
- Ensure compliance with residence policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a luxury hotel, branded residence, hospitality, or premium residential environment
- Organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail
- Talent for managing administrative workflows, maintaining accurate records, prioritizing tasks, and supporting finance and People & Culture activities with care and confidentiality
- Well‑organized, trustworthy, and adaptable, able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team player
- Confident using office systems and standard software and quick to learn new tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, professional approach when dealing with colleagues and external partners
- English is the primary language; additional languages are an advantage

What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residences team at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring that day‑to‑day administrative, financial, and people‑related processes support seamless operations and the exceptional standards of Dorchester Collection.
- You’ll also manage general administrative duties for the Residences, including document preparation, correspondence, filing, record keeping, meeting coordination, and data management.
- In addition, you will provide administrative support to selected finance and other general related processes, while working closely with the relevant departments.

- You bring 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a luxury hotel, branded residence, hospitality, or premium residential environment.
- You are well‑organized, trustworthy, and adaptable, able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team player.
- You are confident using office systems and standard software and quick to learn new tools.
- Communication is what keeps our teams aligned. You demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills, a professional approach when dealing with colleagues and external partners, and the ability to work effectively across departments.
- English is the primary language used at AVA at Palm Jumeirah. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
