About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily accounting and finance functions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and within statutory deadlines
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for informed decision making
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- UAE accounting experience is preferred
- Experience in maintenance, fit out, renovation, construction, or technical services is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead and collaborate effectively

Job Summary
- Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts & Finance Supervisor to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and provide accurate reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Candidates with experience in the maintenance, facilities management, fit out, renovation, or construction industry will be given preference.
