Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day to day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance department in various accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closing activities.
- Support VAT related documentation and filing requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments on finance related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a contracting, construction, or trading company.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Native Hindi Speaker preferred
