About the Role
A Fire Fighting Projects & Trading Company is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, VAT filing, and project-related financial activities.

Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payments, trial balances, and cash flow reports.
- Process payroll and generate SIF files.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
- Monitor project billing, SOAs, invoice submissions, and collections.
- Assist with procurement of fire & safety materials and petty cash management.
- Coordinate inventory cost control with the warehouse team.
- Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with shipping and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Fire Fighting, MEP, Construction, or Trading companies
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Analyst ERP Software
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT, payroll, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
