- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
- MBA/MCOM/CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented Accountant with experience in billing and receivables to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate billing for the trucking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Invoicing: Timely and accurate invoicing to customer based on agreed tariff / rates.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure there are no old unbilled items.
- Dispute Resolution: Liaise with internal stakeholders and customer and resolve the disputes, if any.
- Reporting: Preparing & reviewing reports relating to billing and other adhoc reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/MCOM/CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in managing billing and invoicing.
- Trucking industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
