- Manage and develop relationships with assigned clients across KSA and the UAE
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Understand client workforce requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HR consulting solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional service offerings
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address client concerns proactively and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Monitor account performance and support the achievement of revenue and retention targets
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and account plans
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Business Development, or HR Consulting
- Prior experience within HR Consulting, Recruitment, Talent Solutions, Outsourcing, EOR, or Professional Services is essential
- Strong understanding of the KSA and UAE business landscape
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts while maintaining long term relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth
- Ability to work in a fast paced, client centric environment

Role Overview
- Auxilium is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Client Specialist to join our growing team, supporting clients across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- This role is focused on managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our HR Consulting, Talent Solutions, Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Workforce Management services.
