IMC Certifications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Academic Advisor.
The role focuses on advising prospective students about certification programs and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable certification programs.
- Provide information on courses, fees, schedules, and career benefits.
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM or HR Portal.
- Conduct online or face-to-face counseling when required.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is required.
- One to three years of experience in sales, admissions, education counseling, telesales, or similar roles is required.
- Experience in education, training, EdTech, or professional certification is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
