IMC Certifications is hiring a Telesales Consultant to join its head office team in Abu Dhabi.
The role includes promoting professional certification and training programs and converting prospective clients into enrollments.

Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Promote professional certification and training programs.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required.
- Applicants must have 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, education sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- The candidate should be target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or professional training is an advantage.
Salary
- The salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month, plus commission and performance rewards.
