Role Overview
IMC Certifications is hiring a Telesales Representative to join its head office team in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on selling professional certification and training programs to prospective clients.
Availability
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Promote professional certification and training programs.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, education sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Education, EdTech, or professional-training experience is an advantage.
