Role Overview
IMC Certifications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Enrollment Advisor.
The role focuses on advising prospective students and converting leads into certification programme enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable certification programmes.
- Provide information about courses, fees, schedules, and career benefits.
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM or HR Portal.
- Conduct online or face-to-face counselling when required.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, education counselling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Experience in education, training, EdTech, or professional certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
