The employer is hiring an Education Sales Executive / Academic Counselor in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role focuses on education sales, academic counseling, lead conversion, and course enrollments.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month plus visa.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong experience in EdTech or education sales is required.
- Experience as an Academic Counselor or Sales Counselor is required.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills are required.
- Strong follow-up and client handling ability is required.
- A target-oriented and professional approach is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals regarding courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Convert leads into enrollments or admissions.

- The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
