Role Overview
CEVA Logistics is hiring a WMS Super User & Implementation Engineer for its regional Centre of Excellence in Dubai.
The role links contract logistics operations, customer solutions, and IT teams.
The position supports WMS implementations, system testing, and operational optimization across site deployments.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
- The position requires travel of up to 15% domestically and internationally for site go-lives and implementations.
WMS Configuration and Operations
- Consult on and execute WMS system setups across warehouse projects.
- Define clustering, putaway logic, packing configurations, pick routing, zoning, and master data parameters.
- Provide hands-on, on-site implementation support during new warehouse go-lives.
Testing, Change Management, and Quality
- Lead system testing and User Acceptance Testing for WMS releases, feature deployments, and software patches.
- Manage cluster-level system change requests.
- Troubleshoot complex operational disruptions and coordinate enhancements with the WMS Centre of Excellence.
Training and Stakeholder Support
- Deliver WMS functional training to frontline operational teams, site engineers, and key users.
- Act as an internal consultant for logistics operations.
- Explain system functionalities, monitor EDI message flows, and support customer warehouse visits.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of practical warehouse operations experience working with WMS systems.
- Practical understanding of WMS logic, including putaway, routing, and packing rules.
- Practical understanding of standard EDI message structures.
- Proven ability to conduct system testing, support UAT cycles, and train operational key users.
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally for site go-lives and implementations.
Salary Benchmark
- The posting lists a UAE market benchmark of AED 12,000–18,000 per month for a WMS Super User or Implementation Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in Dubai.
