- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms
- Edit photos, reels, short form videos, and promotional content using professional editing software
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns that align with the company's branding
- Create behind the scenes, client testimonial, venue showcase, and event highlight content
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy
- Coordinate with planners, decorators, florists, photographers, and videographers to capture key event moments
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand identity and quality standards
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas
- Assist in live social media coverage during events when required
- Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in weddings, hospitality, luxury events, or lifestyle brands
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and current social media trends
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules

Role Overview
