Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3 ton pickup to transport event materials, décor, equipment, and supplies to and from warehouses, venues, and suppliers
- Load and unload items with care
- Follow delivery schedules and assist the events team with on site setup and breakdown
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well maintained, and compliant with local regulations
- Coordinate with event coordinators, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Complete basic documentation such as delivery notes and checklists
- Support last minute logistical requests and adapt to changing event timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in truck driving with focus on safe operation of 3 ton pickups for event or logistics work
- Valid CDL Class A or equivalent UAE heavy vehicle driving license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with event planners, production teams, and venue staff
- Customer service mindset when interacting with clients, venue representatives, and vendors
- Familiarity with basic truck inspection and routine maintenance checks
- Ability to lift, carry, and move event equipment and décor safely
- Good navigation skills in Dubai and surrounding areas
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and peak event seasons

Role Description
