- Respond promptly to inquiries from social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads and understand clients' event requirements
- Schedule consultations with the sales team or event planners
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions
- Explain company services, packages, and promotions professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Coordinate with the operations and event planning teams to ensure smooth client handovers
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience
- Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury services is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
