Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to photography and videography inquiries and conduct consultations with prospective clients
- Present photography and videography packages, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets
- Guide clients through the entire photography and videography process, schedule consultation meetings and production timelines
- Ensure all client requirements are documented and communicated to the production team
- Lead and supervise photographers, videographers, editors, drone operators, and assistants
- Create work schedules and assign teams to events
- Monitor team performance, conduct training and performance evaluations
- Ensure equipment is maintained, organized, and ready for every event
- Coordinate all event coverage schedules and ensure raw footage is properly collected, backed up, and archived
- Assign editing projects, monitor progress, and perform quality control before delivery
- Track editing projects, ensure final deliverables are delivered within agreed deadlines, and coordinate revisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in photography, videography, event production, or studio management
- Previous experience in the wedding and events industry (highly preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of photography and videography workflows

Role Overview
- The Video & Photo Manager is responsible for leading the photography and videography department, ensuring exceptional client experiences from inquiry through final delivery.
- This role oversees the studio team, supports sales by converting inquiries into bookings, manages production schedules, and ensures all photo and video content is delivered on time and at the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct consultations, present packages, prepare quotations, follow up with leads, achieve monthly targets.
- Client Management: Guide clients through the process, schedule meetings, document requirements, handle concerns professionally.
- Studio & Team Management: Lead and supervise photographers, videographers, editors, drone operators, and assistants; create schedules; monitor performance; conduct training.
- Production Management: Coordinate event coverage schedules, ensure raw footage is backed up and archived, assign editing projects, perform quality control.
- Delivery Management: Track editing projects, ensure final deliverables are delivered on time, coordinate revisions, maintain delivery schedules.

Qualifications
