Role Overview

  • The Video & Photo Manager is responsible for leading the photography and videography department, ensuring exceptional client experiences from inquiry through final delivery.
  • This role oversees the studio team, supports sales by converting inquiries into bookings, manages production schedules, and ensures all photo and video content is delivered on time and at the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct consultations, present packages, prepare quotations, follow up with leads, achieve monthly targets.
  • Client Management: Guide clients through the process, schedule meetings, document requirements, handle concerns professionally.
  • Studio & Team Management: Lead and supervise photographers, videographers, editors, drone operators, and assistants; create schedules; monitor performance; conduct training.
  • Production Management: Coordinate event coverage schedules, ensure raw footage is backed up and archived, assign editing projects, perform quality control.
  • Delivery Management: Track editing projects, ensure final deliverables are delivered on time, coordinate revisions, maintain delivery schedules.
  • Operations & Reporting: Maintain project records, monitor productivity, prepare weekly reports on leads, conversion rate, bookings, production status, delivery status, team performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in photography, videography, event production, or studio management.
  • Previous experience in the wedding and events industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership.
