About the Client

Alpheya is a B2B WealthTech startup based in Abu Dhabi and backed by BNY Mellon and Lunate.

The company is building a wealth technology platform for banks and financial institutions serving affluent, HNW, and UHNW investor segments.

The startup uses cross-functional and agile teams to build its organization, products, and initial client offering.

About the Role

The WealthTech Product Lead will shape a B2B wealth platform spanning multi-asset trading, ledger, portfolio management, DPM, robo-advisory, and omnichannel journeys.

The role owns the product roadmap, drives product enhancements, and promotes user-centric innovation across web, mobile, and other channels.

What You Will Achieve

  • Guide iterative, hypothesis-driven product development and deliver features that improve user experience and financial metrics.
  • Prioritize customer journeys and roadmap changes to reduce friction for target customer segments.
  • Embed AI-native product development and features.
  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and leadership for aligned execution.
  • Use market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and strategic pivots.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Wealth roadmap from ideation through implementation and turn business problems into complete, technically grounded specifications.
  • Deliver integrated B2B2C experiences across web, mobile, and other channels for bank and financial-institution clients.
  • Define API documentation and technical contracts using REST and FIX protocols.
  • Set non-functional requirements for performance, reliability, security, and data integrity.
  • Use AI tooling in daily product work and define telemetry for funnels, system performance, errors, and business outcomes.

What We Need

  • Product Owner or Product Manager experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS fintech, trading, or wealth management.
  • Wealth-management and portfolio-management domain knowledge, including DPM, robo-advisory, trading, ledger, or similar areas.
  • Experience building or prototyping mobile applications integrated with real APIs.
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven, user-centric product development and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to align engineering, design, data science, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SaaS metrics such as ARR.
  • Excellent written English communication and collaboration skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Daily demonstrated use of AI coding and product tools such as Claude, Cursor, or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior hands-on software engineering experience or 0-to-1 product-building experience is a plus.

  • The role is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
