Project Manager

Required Experience and Skills

• Typically at least five years of project management experience in R&D, technology, engineering, or scientific environments.
• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgets, financial tracking, resource optimization, risks, regulations, compliance, and intellectual property considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, business administration, or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree or higher, especially in a technical or scientific discipline, is highly desirable.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner is strongly preferred.
• Additional training in R&D management, innovation, or technology commercialization is advantageous.
• Ongoing professional development in project management and leadership is expected.
