About the Role
The client is seeking a Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience to support a mega project in Qatar.
Qatar experience is a key requirement, with preference for candidates currently based in Qatar or experienced on Qatar projects.
The role requires broad understanding of major project disciplines and interfaces.
Key Requirements
- Experience in architectural design and design management.
- Experience across feasibility, concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Ability to lead and coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design reviews, interfaces, and technical issues.
- Contract expertise and strong contractual and commercial understanding of design and construction.
- Client-side technical leadership with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Stakeholder management and project decision-making experience.
- Experience on large-scale or mega developments.
- Urban design or master planning experience is an advantage.
Role Expectations
- Act as a strong all-round technical leader representing the client.
- Understand the overall project picture and effectively manage and challenge different technical teams.
