About the Role

Client Engagement

• Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery for specific clients.
• Run technical calls, reviews, and sign-offs with client teams.
• Translate technical constraints into internal requirements and develop feasible implementation strategies.
• Travel to client sites as needed, with expected travel below 20%.

Technical Implementation

• Lead client-specific adapter implementation in customer environments.
• Make in-scope architectural decisions and escalate platform-level concerns to Principal Engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical leadership teams on client-requested feature guidance and validation.
• Work with infrastructure teams on deployments, release validation, multi-tenancy design, and deployment strategy.

Knowledge and Process Development

• Contribute field insights to product development and build reusable solutions for common patterns.
• Create technical documentation and codified best practices for future clients, including SSO integration, infrastructure sizing, API authentication, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages and scripting; the current stack includes TypeScript and Go.
• Experience contributing to client-specific adapters through data mapping, API integrations, and tenant configuration.
• Experience debugging cloud-native environments involving relational databases, Kubernetes, Temporal, logs, and traces.
• Ownership mindset, accountability for client success, excellent communication, and collaborative working style.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into business requirements and vice versa.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound escalation judgment, cross-functional experience, and production implementation and troubleshooting experience.
• Client-facing experience is preferred, while consulting, agency, or startup experience is an advantage.
