The role seeks a Business Analyst with experience in affluent banking, wealth management, investments, or banking transformation.
The position supports wealth growth initiatives, investment penetration, AUM growth, digital wealth platforms, and customer journey enhancement.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze affluent client portfolios, AUM, deposits, investment penetration, and customer behavior.
- Identify investment opportunities, target segments, and client growth opportunities.
- Gather and document requirements for wealth and investment products and advisory services.
- Support RM and advisory enablement, wealth processes, and service models.
- Analyze and improve digital wealth platforms and customer journeys.
- Support wealth transformation and strategic banking initiatives.
- Coordinate with Wealth, Retail, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering AUM growth, investment penetration, client acquisition, and RM productivity.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
Required skills
- 7–10 years of experience in wealth management, affluent or retail banking, investments, business analysis, product management, or banking transformation.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth advisory, AUM, portfolio advisory, and affluent banking.
- Experience with business requirements, client analytics, segmentation, and customer journey design.
- Exposure to digital wealth platforms and transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Qatar-based candidates are preferred or required according to the source wording.
