Vistas Global is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst within its Finance function.
The role supports financial reporting, management information systems, budgeting, analysis, and regulatory reporting activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, budgeting, or reporting.
- Banking or financial services experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- CFA certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting.
- Knowledge of MIS and budgeting.
- Experience with variance analysis.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Support financial reporting activities within the Finance function.
- Support management information systems and related reporting activities.
