Role Summary
Support FDI growth, co-lending initiatives, sector-based financing, and digital lending transformation across regional markets.
The role seeks a business analyst with strong experience in corporate banking, lending, credit, and banking transformation.
Business and Lending Analysis
- Analyze FDI, lending, sector growth, and cross-border financing opportunities.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, BRDs, process flows, and solution requirements.
- Support credit policy, risk framework, lending process, and workflow enhancements.
- Map and optimize end-to-end loan lifecycles and lending journeys.
Systems and Delivery Support
- Support implementation of Loan Origination Systems and Loan Management Systems.
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Support UAT, migration, rollout, process improvement, dashboards, and portfolio analytics.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Strong experience in corporate banking, lending, credit, and banking transformation.
- Experience analyzing FDI, lending, sector growth, and cross-border financing opportunities.
- Ability to document business and functional requirements, BRDs, process flows, and solution requirements.
- Knowledge of credit policy, risk frameworks, lending processes, loan lifecycle journeys, and lending systems.
