Role Summary
Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion SCM covering Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, and applicable Asset Lifecycle processes.
Support Es'hailSat's procurement of satellite infrastructure components, services, and operating supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 and L3 functional support across Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, and Cost Management.
- Maintain procurement business unit setup, approval hierarchies, document styles, and supplier master data.
- Resolve purchase order, requisition, receipt, and invoice matching exception issues.
- Manage supplier onboarding, supplier portal issues, and sourcing event support.
- Support inventory transactions, cycle counts, and integration to Financials for cost accounting.
- Coordinate procure-to-pay issue resolution with the finance consultant.
- Drive quarterly SCM release readiness and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Build and maintain procurement OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud expertise across Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, and Cost Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement approval hierarchies, BPM, document styles, and document delivery preferences.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher for SCM.
- Working knowledge of Oracle PaaS for SCM extensions, including OIC integrations to logistics or supplier systems and VBCS or APEX for procurement analytics.
- Exposure to Redwood SCM pages and Redwood Procurement experience.
- Familiarity with capital procurement for infrastructure-heavy industries such as telecom, satellite, or utilities is preferred.
- Current-release Oracle Fusion SCM certification is preferred.
