Role Purpose
Support accurate fund accounting, financial reporting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance for asset management funds, companies, SPCs, and discretionary mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain fund accounting records, general ledgers, and charts of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, trial balances, management reports, and schedules.
- Handle fund expenses, accruals, fees, subscriptions, redemptions, income, and cash flows.
- Support accounting systems, data quality, controls, and finance operations.
- Coordinate with auditors, fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- At least 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including fund accounting or portfolio management platform exposure.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, controls, systems, and analysis.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- ACCA, CPA, CA, or MBA Finance qualification is preferred.
