Role Summary
Technical specialist for Oracle Fusion reports, extensions, data conversions, and personalisations across FIN, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
Owns the technical backlog for the support engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIP, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Publisher reports across all modules.
- Build and support FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL data loads for corrections and migrations.
- Develop SaaS extensions using page personalisations, sandboxes, Application Composer, and expression language.
- Build PaaS-side extensions using VBCS, APEX, and OIC where SaaS boundaries are reached.
- Manage Fusion REST and SOAP web services for integrations and custom solutions.
- Support quarterly release regression testing, automated where feasible.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using OTBI, OAC, and Redwood-based analytics.
- Document technical designs, code repositories, and deployment runbooks.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion technical stack experience with BIP, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, ADFdi, Application Composer, and Sandboxes.
- Hands-on Oracle PaaS experience with VBCS, APEX, OIC, and OCI core services.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML/XSLT, Groovy, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Fusion REST APIs, SOAP web services, and BI Publisher data models.
- Working knowledge of SaaS extensibility frameworks and SaaS-versus-PaaS decision boundaries.
- Exposure to Redwood UX, VB Studio for Redwood extensions, the Redwood design system, and page authoring.
- Git and DevOps pipeline experience for Oracle PaaS code management is preferred.
- Active engagement with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and Redwood adoption is a minimum requirement.

- Resources should be available for immediate deployment or with a notice period not exceeding 30 days.
- Arabic language skills and valid GCC experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Current or recent Oracle Fusion release certifications are expected where certifications are presented.
