Role Description

  • Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and supporting onboarding processes
  • Handle core HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, assisting with HR documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits coordination
  • Update HR databases, respond to employee queries, coordinate with department leaders on staffing needs, and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Society Qatar’s focus on community, wellness, and performance

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Experience with HR administration such as employee record management, contract preparation, and HR documentation
  • Ability to use HR systems and office software for data entry, reporting, and communication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and basic labor regulations applicable in Qatar or the region
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations in service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness environments is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and non discriminatory workplace
