Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in spa and wellness management
- At least 4 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in team recruitment, development, and performance management
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for wellness and a client centric approach
