Role Purpose

  • The Assistant Club Manager – Fitness, Wellness & Operations supports the Club Manager in managing the overall performance and daily operations of the UFC Gym facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Club Operations Support: Assist the Club Manager in overseeing daily club operations; ensure coordination between Fitness, Front of House, Sales, and Support teams; monitor club standards and compliance with SOPs.
  • Fitness & Wellness Management: Support Fitness Trainers, Coaches, and Wellness team members; monitor performance and member engagement; assist with fitness programs and wellness activities.
  • Member Experience & Retention: Handle member feedback, support engagement activities, and improve member satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Assist with team supervision, daily briefings, onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
  • Business & Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales Team, support campaigns and events, and monitor KPIs.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety standards, emergency procedures, and professional standards are maintained.
  • Oversee daily operations of the club and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, service quality, and facility presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, security, F&B, and support departments.
  • Monitor club operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage and support Fitness Managers, Personal Trainers, Coaches, and Group Exercise teams.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Fitness, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fitness club, wellness center, hospitality, or leisure operations.
  • Experience managing fitness teams and club operations.
  • Strong knowledge of gym operations, personal training, and wellness programs.
  • Leadership experience managing multicultural teams.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
