- Deliver professional one on one Watsu therapy sessions in accordance with international best practices

Requirements
- Certified Watsu Practitioner from a recognized institution
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience providing Watsu therapy
- Strong knowledge of Watsu techniques and aquatic bodywork
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic movement
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client care
- Lifeguard certification (added advantage)

Job Summary
- Blaura is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Watsu Therapist to provide exceptional aquatic bodywork sessions in a calm and luxurious wellness environment.
- The ideal candidate will be certified in Watsu therapy and experienced in delivering personalized treatments that promote deep relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, and overall physical and emotional well being.
Watsu Therapy
- Deliver professional one on one Watsu therapy sessions in accordance with international best practices.
- Perform gentle stretching, rhythmic movements, massage, and flotation techniques in warm water to promote relaxation and healing.
- Assess each client's physical condition, health history, and wellness goals before treatment.
- Modify treatment techniques to suit individual client needs and medical considerations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Watsu therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Client Experience
- Create a welcoming, safe, and calming environment for every client.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the client journey.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Handle client concerns and feedback in a professional and caring manner.
- Encourage repeat visits by delivering exceptional treatment experiences.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all sessions are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor pool temperature, cleanliness, and therapy equipment before each session.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
- Maintain valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
Operational Responsibilities
- Prepare the therapy area before each appointment.
- Maintain accurate client consultation forms and treatment records.
- Ensure therapy equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining daily treatment logs.
- Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities organized by Blaura.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on Watsu techniques, aquatic therapy advancements, and holistic wellness practices.
- Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings.
- Maintain professional certifications and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Watsu Practitioner from a recognized institution.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (mandatory).
- Lifeguard certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience providing Watsu therapy in a wellness center, luxury spa, rehabilitation facility, or aquatic therapy clinic.
- Experience working with clients seeking relaxation, rehabilitation, prenatal wellness, or stress management is preferred.
