Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty drinks, smoothies, fresh juices, protein shakes, and wellness drinks
- Prepare salads, yogurt jars, overnight oats, parfaits, sandwiches, fruit bowls, and other café menu items
- Welcome guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and handle customer concerns
- Operate POS system, process payments, and balance cash drawer
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with deliveries
- Guide and train junior baristas, ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstations, follow food safety standards
- Open and close the café, assist with daily sales reporting
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in a reputable café or specialty coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
- Experience preparing smoothies, salads, healthy bowls, yogurt jars, and café food
- Experience handling cashier/POS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Leadership and team management skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Barista who can deliver exceptional customer service while preparing high quality coffee, smoothies, healthy beverages, salads, yogurt jars, fruit bowls, and light café offerings.
- The ideal candidate will also oversee daily café operations, support junior team members, manage cashier responsibilities, and maintain excellent hygiene and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty drinks and caffeine free beverages.
- Make smoothies, fresh juices, protein shakes, wellness drinks, and other healthy beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare salads, yogurt jars, overnight oats, parfaits, sandwiches, fruit bowls, and other café menu items.
- Ensure food is fresh, well presented, and prepared according to recipes.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Recommend menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Operate POS system.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputable café or specialty coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques.
- Experience preparing smoothies, salads, healthy bowls, yogurt jars, and café food.
- Experience handling cashier/POS systems.
