About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create the curriculum for children aged 6 months to 9 years
- Develop weekly and monthly activity calendars
- Design sensory play, creative learning, movement, mindfulness, music, yoga, art, STEM, cooking, and wellness sessions
- Create seasonal camps and workshops
- Ensure knowledge of developmental milestones, emotional intelligence, and behavior management
- Manage child safeguarding, risk assessments, hazard identification, emergency evacuation plans
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance tracking, capacity planning, parent registration, SOP creation
- Manage parent communication, child progress feedback, complaint handling, family engagement events
- Recruit Kids Coordinators, train new staff, monitor quality, conduct performance reviews, create training manuals
- Ensure compliance with UAE childcare regulations, hygiene standards, child protection policies, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
- Experience as Kids Club Manager, Nursery Manager, Early Years Manager, Child Development Specialist, Family Recreation Manager, Children's Program Manager, or similar
- Background in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Montessori, CACHE Level 3/4/5, or EYFS Curriculum
- Pediatric First Aid and Child Safeguarding certification
- Knowledge of behavior management and SEN exposure is a plus
