- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services for clients
- Shape, trim, clean, buff, and polish nails according to client preferences
- Apply regular polish, gel polish, and other nail treatments
- Remove gel polish and perform nail maintenance safely
- Assess nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene for all tools and workstations
- Welcome clients and provide personalized recommendations
- Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare
- Promote and recommend salon retail products and additional services
- Maintain accurate client records and preferences
- Monitor product inventory and report low stock levels
- Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques and trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manicure & Pedicure Specialist or Nail Technician
- Professional certification in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques
- Experience with gel polish application and removal
- Excellent understanding of sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
