- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in exhibitions, events, or fit out industry
- Strong knowledge of GCC logistics and venue operations
- Experience with ERP/WMS/IMS systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, barcode tracking)

Job Profile
- Responsible for end to end logistics, warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and site execution support for exhibitions, events, and interior fit out projects.
- Ensures smooth movement of materials, premium furniture, and equipment between warehouse and project sites.
- Maintains inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and luxury standard site presentation and handover quality.
- Leads operational teams to ensure timely delivery and flawless execution across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall warehouse operations, storage, and material organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, assets, and equipment.
- Supervise check in and check out of furniture, décor, and rental items.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and digital tracking of all assets.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient movement and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
- Plan and manage daily transportation schedules for project deliveries and collections.
- Coordinate fleet usage including trucks, pickups, and trailers.
- Oversee loading and unloading activities at warehouse and site locations.
- Manage venue access permits, loading bay bookings, and delivery timings.
- Coordinate on site logistics for exhibitions, events, and fit out projects.
- Handle reverse logistics including dismantling, packing, and return to warehouse.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in exhibitions, events, or fit out industry.
- Strong knowledge of GCC logistics and venue operations.
- Experience with ERP/WMS/IMS systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, barcode tracking).
