About the Role
Elegant Qubes Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and joinery projects from concept to completion. The role requires managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders while ensuring quality, timeline, and cost control.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of interior fit out and joinery projects from design approval to final handover
- Manage and supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and supporting project teams within Operations
- Coordinate closely with Estimation, Procurement, Design, Production, and Site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ensure alignment between project execution, cost estimation, procurement strategy, and production planning
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure alignment with production and site execution
- Oversee procurement planning, supplier coordination, and material delivery schedules
- Monitor production and site progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Manage project risks, delays, and technical challenges with effective mitigation strategies
- Handle project variations, change orders, and client approvals
- Ensure strong cost control, budget tracking, and project profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
- 7 to 9+ years of project management experience in Events and Exhibitions and Joinery, Interior Fit Out
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Senior Project Manager role handling large scale projects
- Proven experience managing teams across Operations, Estimation, Procurement, and Project Execution
- Strong UAE experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Education & Experience

Technical Skills
- Advanced Risk Management and mitigation planning.
- Strong Project Scheduling (baseline, critical path, recovery planning).
- Budgeting, cost control, and project financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Asana / Jira or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of fit out, joinery, and construction workflows.
- Vendor, subcontractor, and procurement management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, cost control, and project commercial alignment.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage Project Managers and multi disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
