Responsibilities
- Manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the group
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities
- Analyze project profitability, margins, and cost performance across all departments
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger functions
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and monitor client payment schedules
- Review project costs, procurement expenditures, and operational expenses
- Support tendering and commercial teams with financial evaluations and project costing
- Prepare financial analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred
- Minimum 8–12 years of finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance position
- Strong UAE experience within Exhibitions, Interior Fit Out, Joinery, Construction, Manufacturing, or Project Based Industries
- Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools

Company Description
- Elegant Qubes Group is a leading multidisciplinary company specializing in interior fit out, joinery, exhibitions, events, custom fabrication, branding, and project execution solutions across the UAE.
- We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the group and support its continued growth.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project based industries such as exhibitions, fit out, construction, manufacturing, or contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the group.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
