Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day to day financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Manage company cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
- Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance across departments
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent
- Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role
- Strong UAE experience in construction, interior fit out, exhibitions, events, manufacturing, or project based industries
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements

Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing the overall financial health of the group by overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and financial best practices.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to management to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day to day financial operations of the company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage company cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital requirements.
- Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance across departments.
- Review and approve financial transactions, payments, and expense reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Monitor receivables and support collection efforts to improve cash flow.
- Prepare financial analyses, business performance reports, and profitability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role.
- Strong UAE experience in construction, interior fit out, exhibitions, events, manufacturing, or project based industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
