About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across Projects, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, and Site Execution.

- Oversee daily operations across all departments involved in project delivery
- Lead and manage Project Management, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Site Operations teams
- Ensure alignment between Sales, Estimation, Design, Procurement, Production, and Execution teams
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Monitor project progress and ensure operational readiness for all ongoing and upcoming projects
- Allocate resources, manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently across projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Oversee procurement planning, production scheduling, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong UAE experience within Exhibitions, Events, Interior Fit Out, Joinery, Construction, or Manufacturing industries
- Proven experience managing multiple departments and cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of project execution, production workflows, procurement, logistics, and operational management
- PMP, PRINCE2, Operations Management, or similar certifications are an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred

Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of the company across exhibitions, events, interior fit out, and joinery projects.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments including Sales, Estimation, Design, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Management to achieve successful project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive operational efficiency, resource optimization, process improvement, and team performance to support business growth and project success.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong UAE experience within Exhibitions, Events, Interior Fit Out, Joinery, Construction, or Manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience managing multiple departments and cross functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project execution, production workflows, procurement, logistics, and operational management.
