Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond professionally to customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Prepare tables with cutlery, napkins, menus, and other required items.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Role Requirements
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Language Requirement
- Tagalog language proficiency is required.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,200 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
