Training Analysis and Planning
- Conduct detailed assessments across departments and job roles to identify skill gaps, training priorities, and improvement areas.
- Use surveys, interviews, and performance data to assess employee development needs.
- Translate assessment findings into clear training goals and plans.
- Collaborate with experts, training designers, and internal stakeholders to define training content needs.
Training Evaluation and Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze participant feedback, test scores, ROI data, pre- and post-training results, and LMS data.
- Evaluate how training affects knowledge, behavior, and overall business results.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards showing training effectiveness, trends, and recommendations.
LMS and Learning Practices
- Support implementation and administration of the Learning Management System.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure the system can provide reports.
- Stay updated on adult learning, instructional design, and learning technology trends.
- Suggest tools and methods to make training more effective and engaging.
Procurement and Projects
- Support training audits, compliance documentation, budget planning, and tracking for training initiatives and external vendors.
- Prepare tender documents and contracts for training programs.
- Evaluate submitted offers and select options against specified criteria.
