Role Overview
Senior Specialist responsible for employee engagement strategies, programs, policies, employee experience, and organizational adaptation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee engagement strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee program implementation and effectiveness across departments.
- Advise departments on engagement practices and employee experience.
- Analyze engagement data and KPIs and provide improvement recommendations.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Lead employee experience and change management initiatives.
- Identify engagement risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Promote organizational culture and values and coordinate engagement-related feedback.
- Mentor and guide employee engagement specialists when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Six years of human resources experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 15,000 to QAR 18,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
