Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business capability maps, value streams, business service catalogues, and business architecture viewpoints.
- Analyse strategic objectives, stakeholder needs, and operating-model changes and translate them into architecture requirements and roadmaps.
- Establish traceability between strategy, capabilities, services, processes, applications, and initiatives in the enterprise architecture repository.
- Validate current-state and target-state models, gaps, dependencies, and priorities with business owners and Business Analysts.
- Support enterprise transformation, portfolio decisions, and impact assessments with architecture insights and recommendations.
- Apply enterprise architecture governance, modelling standards, and quality controls, and contribute to Architecture Review Board materials.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate architecture findings to business and technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to content frameworks, reference models, principles, KPIs, and continuous-improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Five years of business architecture experience is required.
- TOGAF certification is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 24,600 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
