Responsibilities
- Supervise the study and resolution of grievances, complaints, and workplace disputes under approved regulations.
- Review employment cases, provide opinions, and submit recommendations to management.
- Supervise resignation and termination processes, review exit interviews, and analyze related indicators.
- Evaluate employee transfer and redistribution cases and coordinate recommendations with relevant parties.
- Review reinstatement and service extension requests in accordance with regulations.
- Supervise awareness activities concerning the Code of Conduct, policies, and regulations.
- Review non-compliance cases and recommend appropriate actions.
- Monitor absenteeism and job abandonment cases and propose corrective solutions.
- Review disciplinary actions and penalties for regulatory alignment, fairness, and consistency.
- Supervise low-performance and workplace behavior cases and approve improvement plans.
- Supervise career counseling and guidance sessions and follow up on recommendations.
- Provide advisory support on employee relations, behavior, and workplace discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least eight years of human resources experience is required.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 15,000–18,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
