- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Present menus, explain dishes, daily specials, and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly resolve any concerns
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings
- Prepare tables before service and ensure they are cleaned and reset promptly
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Process guest bills and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in casual dining, upscale dining, or premium restaurant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Experience using POS systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
- GCC experience is preferred but not essential
