Overview

  • We are looking for enthusiastic, service oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join a leading casual and upscale dining restaurant in Doha.
  • The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and have the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast paced, high quality restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Present menus, explain dishes, daily specials, and beverage recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly resolve any concerns.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings.
  • Prepare tables before service and ensure they are cleaned and reset promptly.
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
  • Process guest bills and payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining, upscale dining, or premium restaurant.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • GCC experience is preferred but not essential.
