- Manage and deliver exceptional coffee and beverage service in a luxury dining environment
- Prepare high quality specialty coffees, signature beverages, cocktails, and non alcoholic drinks
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Provide expert recommendations on coffee, cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages
- Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, mixology, and beverage trends
- Create memorable guest experiences through professional and personalised service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well presented bar and coffee station
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and minimise wastage
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
- Support the development of seasonal beverage menus and signature creations
- Train and guide junior team members on beverage preparation and service standards
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium cafés, or high end hospitality concepts
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso preparation, latte art, and brewing methods
- Excellent understanding of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service
- Strong guest interaction and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Leadership ability with experience training and developing team members
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- GCC experience preferred but not essential
