- Oversee the day to day operations of the café and bakery
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the front of house team
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Manage staff scheduling, labour costs, and daily operational efficiency
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Control inventory, stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Manage food and beverage costs while minimizing wastage
- Work closely with the Head Baker and Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and local food safety regulations
- Support seasonal menu launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Store Manager
- Previous experience in an artisan café, specialty coffee shop, premium bakery, or upscale casual dining concept
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee, artisan bakery products, and café operations
- Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills
- Proven experience managing budgets, P&L, inventory, and cost control
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced hospitality environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Candidate Requirements
